Personalised Products

Please note: personalised products – including standard designs with customised colours, names, wording or variations – are not eligible for return or exchange unless they are faulty or incorrect.

Please check all spellings, colours and details carefully before purchasing.

Non-Personalised Products

Non-personalised products may be returned within 30 days of delivery if:

– The item is unused
– It is in its original condition
– It is returned in its original packaging

To start a return, please contact us at info@littlehen.co.uk. Please note, returns sent without prior communication may not be accepted. A receipt or order confirmation is required for all returns. Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible and within 7 days of delivery with:

– Your order number
– A description of the issue
– Clear photos of the product and packaging

After assessing the matter, we will be in touch to outline the appropriate next steps.

Refunds

Refunds will be issued once returned items have been received and inspected. If your refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 working days for your bank or card provider to complete the transaction.

Items Not Eligible for Return

We cannot accept returns or refunds for:

– Personalised or customised products (unless faulty or incorrect)
– Items no longer in their original condition
– Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
