– Handmade and printed items may have minor variations, which are not considered faults

Personalised & Made-to-Order Items

Personalised items include any products customised with names, wording, colours or design variations.

By placing an order for a personalised item, you confirm that:
– All personalisation details are correct
– You have checked size, spelling, colours and wording carefully

Personalised and made-to-order items cannot be cancelled, returned or exchanged once production has started.

Ordering & Payment

All prices are shown in GBP (£). Payment is required in full at the time of ordering.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order if:

– There is an issue with payment
– We are unable to fulfil the order for any reason
